1. Organiser

The organiser of this giveaway is Florian Dulzky, St. Margarethen an der Raab 406, 8321 St. Margarethen an der Raab, Austria (hereinafter "Slamify"). This giveaway has no connection to Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organised by Meta. The recipient of any information you provide is Slamify, not Meta.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 16 years of age and reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of Slamify and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on 10 April 2026 and ends on 31 May 2026 at 23:59.

4. How to Enter

Participation requires the following actions in the Slamify app:

• Fully register a user account in the Slamify app.
• Log at least one actually played tennis match within the giveaway period specified above.
• Bonus entry (Instagram): Your chance of winning doubles ("second ticket in the draw") if you additionally follow the Instagram account @slamify_app, share the giveaway post in your own Story, and mention @slamify_app in the Story.

5. Prizes

• 1st prize: 2x tickets to the quarter-final of the Generali Open Kitzbühel on 23 July 2026. Note: the prize consists solely of the entry tickets. Travel, accommodation, and catering costs are not included.
• 2nd prize: 1x €100 voucher for Tennis-Point.
• 3rd prize: 1x premium Slamify tennis shirt.
• 4th – 8th prize: One tennis goodie bag each (containing various tennis accessories).
• Cash payment, transfer to third parties, or exchange of prizes is excluded.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw within 3 days of the giveaway closing, from all participants who have met the conditions in Section 4. Notification will be made by email to the address stored in the app, by Slamify in-app message, or by Instagram DM.

7. Prize Delivery

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification being sent, the claim to the prize is forfeited and Slamify is entitled to draw a replacement winner. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details they have provided.

8. Data Protection

Data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely to administer and process the giveaway and to notify winners. Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the delivery of prizes. The general privacy policy of Slamify applies.

9. Early Termination & Legal Recourse

Slamify reserves the right to suspend or terminate the giveaway early at any time without notice if technical or legal reasons prevent it from being properly conducted. Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies.
