For clubs

Your club championship, digital —
without the spreadsheet.

Ladder, tournaments and results in one place.

A sheet on the clubhouse noticeboard, a WhatsApp group, an Excel file and three phone calls to agree on one date. Slamify replaces all of it with an app your members already carry: send an invite link, start the ladder, and the standings keep themselves.

A club ladder
that runs itself.

Whether you are moving an existing challenge ladder off the noticeboard or running one for the very first time: the ladder lives in the club, not in your calendar. You set the starting order, your members challenge each other, and the positions update on their own.

One invite link for the whole club — share a link and members join with a single tap. Open the ladder to your club and every member sees it straight away, with no code at all.
Deadlines nobody has to enforce — you set a timeout in days. If a challenge is not played within it, the two players swap positions automatically. No argument in the clubhouse, no exception to negotiate.
Pyramid or table — one ladder, two views: the classic pyramid for the noticeboard feel, and the table for a quick look at positions, active challenges and results.
You stay in control — sort the starting order by ELO or set it by hand, swap positions, remove members, appoint further admins, and start, pause or end the ladder.

Club championship,
summer cup, open draw.

Tournaments on Slamify run as a group stage followed by a knockout round. You decide how they are played — and whether a tournament is private to the players you invite or public for anyone to see and join. A club championship is simply one way to use it.

On a single tournament day — every match on one date, with a court and a start time per match.
Over a period — the players arrange their own matches and you only set the deadline for each round. The natural fit for a championship that runs across a whole season.
Hybrid — most rounds run across the period, and the final is played on a shared finals day at the club.
Groups and knockout, drawn for you — from 4 to 24 players, a group stage, a knockout round and an optional third-place match. Every tournament match counts towards ELO.
Results entered your way — either you enter every result as the organiser, or the players enter their own and confirm each other's.

Administration in
ten minutes.

Everything you need as a club admin sits in the same app your members use — no second interface, no training day. And if you want a hand setting things up, you get a club admin handbook and a person to ask.

Member management — invite and remove members, tell players apart from observers, and appoint further admins so the ladder does not depend on one person.
Invites under control — regenerate the invite code whenever a link has travelled further than intended. The old one stops working immediately.
Club admin handbook — a step-by-step guide from the first ladder to a finished club championship. Request it through the contact form below.
Tournament creation, unlocked per club — we enable tournament creation for your club individually. One message is enough; after that you set up tournaments yourself.

Free —
for the entire club.

No price per member, no tiers by club size, no licence per season. A club with 40 members pays exactly as much as one with 400: nothing.

What does it cost the club?
Nothing. The club ladder, tournaments and club championships are free in full — not a trimmed-down version of them.
Is there a price per member?
No. There is no per-member fee and no member count above which it starts costing something.
Does every member have to join?
No. The members who want to play install the app; everyone else simply stays out of it, at no cost to anybody.
Do we need a contract?
No. There is no contract, no minimum term and no notice period. You start your ladder, and you stop when you want to.

No subscription. No licence. No credit card.

Talk to us
before the season starts.

Tell us briefly about your club. We will come back with the admin handbook, unlock tournament creation for you, and help you set up the first ladder.
